Shape cutting equipment after multilayer substrate stack. To take the substrate (WORK) after X-RAY hole drilling with PIN hole as the reference peripheral processing.

2 . Equipped with a 5 segment is stackable to 30mm special tray (pallet), five different substrates while sequentially switched fully automatically, while at the same time processing.
