1. Easy operation

All that is required is setting workpieces guide pins on the pallet. The operation panel is interactive and user-friendly.
Welding points can be registered to enable quick switching between product types.

2. 2-pallet system

While there are workpieces in process, the 2-pallet system and associated features enable setting subsequent workpieces and increase operational efficiency.

3. No grommets required

This is a welding machine and uses no consumables, such as grommets, hence helping to reduce running costs. This machine finishes mirror plates free from scratches due to grommets and is sure to help reduce the cost of the layup process.

4. Double-sided prepreg welding supported (option)

Optional welding head installable for double-sided prepreg welding.
