Features:

1. High-accuracy positioning

The high-accuracy X-Y-Y type (PAT) alignment table ensures high-accuracy alignment.

2. Retry system

This system checks upper and lower inner layer boards for positioning accuracy with them closely held together and realigns them, if deviating from the set values, thereby preventing interlayer misalignment defects.

3. No need of drilling in the preceding process

Inner layer boards need no drilling. P.P. drilling process no longer necessary.

4. Dust-free

No drilling involved. Hence, no drilling swarf is produced.

5. Full automation supported

Full automation becomes available with the addition of feeding and removal units.
